Exclusive use of the room/location selected: our standard 10/8/6 seater round tables including chairs, table linen and napkins (basic white), standard cutlery, crockery and glassware, a duty manager, 24 hour security and on-site parking are all inclusive of the venue hire price. All other extras will be charged for accordingly.

The use of our venue is for 9 hours unless pre-arranged otherwise, thereafter an additional fee is applicable at an hourly rate, see below. * Please confirm your final function times a month prior to your function.
Waiters fee is R600 per waiter and bartenders’ fee is R650 per shift. *Charge of R1500.00 per hour will be charged should your function go over the time limit, this includes midnight – this too needs to be arranged beforehand with no exceptions. We are within our rights to shut down any function that exceeds the time limit. Please note the terms and conditions apply – any other details/arrangements should be amended in writing and signed off by the general manager/owner.
